Forms to be printed off and submitted to Andy Stephenson (Membership Secretary), Cuckney Cricket Club, Langwith Road, Cuckney, Mansfield, Notts. NG20 9NG or e-mail a completed MS Word copy to cuckneyccmembers@gmail.com
Payment to be made to either Andy Stephenson, Cliff Adwick or any member of bar staff.
Cheques to be made payable to CUCKNEY CRICKET CLUB.

Membership fees are;
- Adult £50.00
- Student (16 to 18 or full time student) £25.00
- Unemployed £25.00
- Junior (U15, U13, U11, U9) £15.00
- Social Membership £10.00
(N.B. if any member of the family has paid for Adult, Student, Unemployed or Junior then Social membership for the rest of the family is included, but a social membership form needs filling in for the other family members)
