Farnsfield 185-9 (Richard Stroh 3 for 48, Steve Randall 3 for 38) lost to Cuckney 190-3 (Kunal Jogia 47, Elliott Hind 52, Richard Stroh 60*) by 7 wickets. Farnsfield 4 Cuckney 19

Cuckney decided to field first and with a very competent fielding and bowling performance restricted Farnsfield to 186 for 9 of which Franks made 70, batting through to the penultimate over, and Delaney produced a customary solid 45. Apart from them only Riaz with 25 and Silcock with 10 made double figures. Bowling honours wer shared between Randall 3 for 38 and Stroh 3 for 48 from their 15 over spells.

The away side were delighted with the result in what was always going to be a difficult game. Cuckney reached the target losing three wickets following well paced innings of 47 form Jogia and 52 from Hind finished off with 60 from an in form Stroh.
